Formula X
I teamed up with Formula X to be the August Colorcurator. I am beyond thrilled to present to you these 3 shades that are so near and dear to my heart. I’m a huge nail polish girl. I have always had a substantial amount of colors and I would paint my nails every other night. I first discovered Formula X when it first launched in Sephora. I got The system and a few shades to start. That’s the moment my nail and life was forever changed.
Makeup By Rose XOXO Edition I wanted tell a story of romance and music. Each shade holds a special meaning and I can wait to share them with everyone!
Acoustic Dreams – chocolate burgundy
This one was inspired for when I’m on stage at a show I wanted a deep warm red. It needed to be eye-catching and completely steal the show! This red will be perfect for transitioning into fall. Perfect for when you want to be vampy and daring!!
Mahhvelous Rose – rosy mauve
This one symbolizes who I am. It is such a feminine and classic color. Perfectly timeless and will never go out of style. This color is made for everyday stops to the coffee shop and charcuterie board lunches.
Puffin! – rich mink gray
You guys, I enjoyed creating this one! It is named after my sweet husband, Ben. I put an exclamation mark on the end cause I’m always yelling it. I wanted to do a fun, cool shade. This color will go with everything.
The System
I can not express enough how amazing this system is. With nail polish (color of choice) included it is a 4 step process. Cleanse, Prime, Polish, Shine. It will allow your nails to stay beautiful and fresh for up to 10 days! Like I said before, I used to polish my nails every other day! This system has change my nail game for the win and I will always use it.
